What do PowWeb and SwampRockIt have in common?

A lot. Besides having cool web 4.0 names, they share a common thread that unites them into one unified source of coolness: music.
Actually, SwampRockIt is the name of a band that the PowWeb Asst. Webmaster plays in and is just one of several bands containing one or more PowWeb employees. It’s true. Throughout PowWeb’s history, we’ve employed musicians who’ve toured and played music from all over the world — including Boston, Los Angeles, Germany, and even Russia!
It should come as no surprise that we’re so musically inclined. Afterall, there have been studies in the the past decade proving that some degree of musicianships often equals higher intelligence.
I won’t be as bold as to say we’re the brightest bunch of folks in the hosting industry (which we are…unofficially) because of our musical capabilities, but I will say that our our natural inclination for being media and creative-oriented people comes out in the way we operate PowWeb.
Keep that in mind the next time you decide to choose a host.
